Last night (04/19/17), Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave) performed his new solo track, “The Promise”, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Cornell was joined by Soundgarden / Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron, a video of the performance can be viewed below.
Cornell wrote the song as the title track for the film starring Christian Bale and Oscar Issac, in movie theaters tomorrow (04/21/17).
