For Record Store Day, alternative-indie band Spoon will release the 12″ single “Hot Thoughts”, including two otherwise unavailable tracks: “Hot Thoughts (Dave Sitek Remix) and Spoon’s cover of Elvis Presley’s “Love Letters”.
If you are near Austin, TX, Spoon has a message for you, “At End of an Ear in Austin (4304 Clawson Rd, Austin, TX 78704) several copies of the single will be specially marked with a sticker (see below). If your copy has the golden crown sticker, you’ll be invited to watch us rehearse a few songs tomorrow evening. We’ll also pick you out some more vinyl from the store.”
