New Stryper Set Debuts at No. 43 on Billboard 200

Christian metal veterans Stryper earned a berth in the Top 50 of the Billboard 200 this week, as their eleventh full-length, Fallen, sold just over 10,000 copies in its first week to debut at position 43 on the chart. The album, which includes a cover of the Black Sabbath classic “After Forever,” was released October 16th on the Frontiers Records imprint, and nearly all sales were of the physical variety. The album did outsell its predecessor, the 2013 set No More Hell to Pay, though that album peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard chart.
