Black Sabbath Cancel Tour Dates Over Ozzy’s Sinus Infection

Heavy Metal legends Black Sabbath were forced to cancel a pair of dates from their The End tour this week as frontman Ozzy Osbourne battles a sinus infection. “Due to extreme sinusitis with Ozzy Osbourne the shows in both Edmonton and Calgary have been postponed,” read a statement from the band released a few hours before the Edmonton gig was to begin. The band said that rescheduled dates would be announced whenever details are ironed out. As of Monday afternoon, the band was planning on resuming their farewell trek on Wednesday, February 3rd in Vancouver. The tour includes another 11 stops in Canada and the US before February 25th, then the band takes a break before beginning the Australasian leg on April 15th.
