The median sales price for homes sold between April 11th and June 11th was just under $325,000 based on 290 homes sold. Compared to the same time frame a year ago, the median price is down just under 2%. In the week ended June 29th, the average listing price for homes on the market in downtown San Diego was just over $580,000, up about 2.5 percent from the week before.
