Listen to Jack Johnson’s New Track
Jack Johnson recently scored a new documentary, The Smog of the Sea, which details the destructive effects of plastic polluting our oceans. The documentary is 30 minutes in length and can be streamed free online. “Some of [the plastic] is from cruise ships dumping, some of it’s from fishing fleets, a lot of it is blown from land sources, or things are shipped to other countries that are not set up to recycle like we can…Smaller fish that have ingested micro plastics end up in the food chain. It’s a health issue.” Johnson explains to Rolling Stone.
Jack’s new song, “Fragments,” appears in the documentary.
