Dave Mustaine Puts Southern California Estate on the Market
According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has listed his Southern California home for sale, asking $5.375 million for the lush estate. Located in Fallbrook in northern San Diego County, the home sits on 9.5 acres that feature vineyards and a pond. The home stretches an impressive 5,345 square feet and has five bedrooms and five baths, a gym and a state-of-the-art recording studio complete with reception area and control room. Mustaine hasn’t lived in the house since last October, when he and his family relocated to Nashville.
