Bruce Kulick Talks KISS ‘Animalize’ + How Paul Stanley Became A One-Man Band

Bruce Kulick: My first guitar playing with KISS, was recording for the “Animalize” LP. It was released 35 years ago (Sept 13th, 1984). I did ghost (uncredited) guitar work on two songs. All the solos on “Lonely is the Hunter”, and the tag guitar solo on “Murder in High Heels.” This excellent article about the LP, from UCR (Ultimate Classic Rock), is a good read. Much more will be coming from me regarding my 35 year start of my tenure in KISS. It truly blows my mind when I joined them in 1984, first in the studio, and then on tour in Europe and Scandinavia, that I would have a busy 12 year run in this icon rock band!!
