VIDEO: Cage the Elephant Releases New Video for “Sweetie Little Jean”, Listen!
Cage the Elephant released a new official video for the track “Sweetie Little Jean”, located above. The song will appear on the band’s forthcoming album, Unpeeled, a collection of stripped-down versions of songs complete with new arrangements, a string quartet and additional percussion. Unpeeled will be available on July 28, 2017 via RCA Records.
Vocalist Matthew Shultz talked about the inspiration behind the album: “Many times you’re adding sonic layers looking for something to hide behind, and what you don’t realize is that that vulnerability and that nakedness might be the most compelling and interesting thing about the song.”
