Formed in Buffalo, New York before relocating to Florida, Malevolent Creation brought a fast, thrash-infused edge to American death metal, coming up alongside early heavyweights of the scene.
The Ten Commandments is the band’s debut studio album and a cult landmark in the genre, produced and engineered by noted death metal producer Scott Burns. The record’s tight, relentless writing and brutal delivery helped cement Malevolent Creation’s reputation in the underground.
