Jools Holland, “Very sorry to hear we have lost Lucy Birley” – Suicide + Roxy Music + Bryan Ferry

Jools Holland:  “Very very sorry to hear we have lost Lucy Birley.  I send sympathy and condolences to her family and loved ones.  She was a wonderful friend who changed the course of my life, when she introduced me to my wife.”

Lucy Birley, former wife of Roxy Music’s Bryan Ferry, died at the age of 58 on July 23rd.  Battling depression for several years, Birley was found dead on Monday from a  self-inflicted gunshot wound.
