Jack Johnson “Willie Got Me Stoned” New Song Out 4/20
Jack Johnson will digitally release his latest single, “Willie Got Me Stoned,” tomorrow – in honor of 4/20. The song was recorded live during the first of two shows at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Englewood, CO, last summer.
The track recounts the night Johnson played poker with Willie Nelson. “This is a song about one night after we played this festival one time,” Johnson told Rolling Stone. “We were hanging out with Willie Nelson and it was a real honor, and we got to go back to his house and hang out. And this is a true story about that night.”
