“Back in the studio for overdubs & the toys are out. These vintage babes are kept at home – too precious for touring (and not useful for every project I’m associated with, obviously), but on the next AST (Alex Skolnick Trio) album, you will hear them all: Tele (I picked up in Nashville), Gypsy Manouche acoustic (I picked up in Paris) & Gibson Double Neck SG. Also Fender Vibrolux. All of it being put to appropriate use (some different sounds for us). Psyched to share. Recording phase done, mixes next release date – sometime in 2018…”
