How does the Immerse Reverberator compare to Neunaber’s Expanse Pedals?

The Immerse was designed to offer our favorite reverb effects from Expanse software in a simple, stand-alone pedal. The Immerse is not programmable, does not work with the ExP Controller or have expression inputs, and does not have second-switch functions like our Expanse Pedals. With Immerse, what you see is what you get.

Is this the same Wet Reverb as the Wet Stereo Reverb Pedal?

This is the new-and-improved “Wet Reboot” algorithm from the latest Expanse software.

How does the Effect Adjust knob work?

It’s function changes depending on the effect selected:

Wet & Hall: modulation
Plate: pre-delay
Spring: low-cut
Shimmer A & B: shimmer level
+Echo & +Detune: reverb level

What does the dotted line coming off the +Detune marker mean?

This is a subtle reminder that this particular effect works best with the Effect Level knob turned to the upper quarter of its range.

What’s the difference between Shimmer A & B?

Both are based on our Seraphim Shimmer. The Tone knob on Shimmer A adjusts the tone of the effect. The Tone knob on Shimmer B adjusts the shimmer’s frequency range, creating a “breathier” sound when turned up.

Is the Immerse only available with buffered bypass?

Yes, and for good reason: we recommend that a reverb pedal be placed last in an effects chain and that the last pedal be buffered bypass.

The secret incredient to my board which makes all the tone smooth at the end of the chain…Never heard a pedal so organic and musical so versatile in a small footprint and the most importantly so f***ing cheap Not comparable to any of a reverb pedal The Wet is my favourite but this makes me took it off more options though Goosebumps whenever i play through the signal and lastly the most beautiful pedal i have ever played Thank you beautiful people of neunaber best of the best the star rating is too less i give u all the stars from the sky from the bottom of my heart

Love this Pedal
I had a Wet V2 and ExP, found myself fiddling with the software waaaay too much. Less actual playing. So I sold it. Got the Immerse with its WYSIWYG layout. I’m more a twist the knob guy and dial in what a want. A simple man but this Immerse is really the best stand alone Reverb for me. I tried many after selling the Wet. Missed the Wet algo. Perfect for me and my stuff.

IMMERSing myself in greatness
This pedal is amazing! It is quickly becoming my favorite pedal. It’s packed with a wide array of reverberation, and can go from subtle to drenched. I play a wide range of styles, and it’s easy to dial in a great tone. I’m most impressed with the quality and detail the IMMERSE can provide. It’s a great pedal, high quality, and worth every penny! I recommend it to anyone looking for truly great reverb!

Reverb with a Pure Sound
Very nice reverb with a pure tone. I love the “Hall” setting the best and the subtleness of how it trails off. Very ambient and not artificial. Purchased this pedal for the shimmer effect that my current reverb pedal didn’t have. My first impression was that it was a little overpowering, but once I dialed it back some, I recognized why all the great reviews this pedal had received. All reverb settings are really great, it just takes a little time to get the feel of the setting specific control (mod level). Great pedal – definitely a keeper.

Love this pedal!
I recently purchased this pedal, I’m a bass player so I play my bass through it. It makes it sound so pretty and the effects are just clean. Combine it with an OD pedal and my bass just sounds huge! I highly recommend this pedal. USA built and very high quality! It’s easy to learn and the white LED is cool! I can’t wait to put an electric guitar on it to really unleash its potential!
