Kim Gordon Takes Aim at Corporate Advertising Via Spotify Playlists – Nike – Sonic Youth
Apparently, former Sonic Youth bassist Kim Gordon is not a fan of brands like Nike being able to create playlists on the music streaming service Spotify. In a social media post, Gordon says the company uses music from bands without their consent which in turn promotes the famous footwear corporation. Read her statement below.
