Kevin Morby 2017 Tour Dates – Hear New Song “Crybaby”
On June 16, 2017, Kevin Morby released his fourth solo album, City Music, on Dead Oceans. The singer-songwriter describes the album as “a mix-tape, a fever dream, a love letter dedicated to those cities that I cannot get rid of, to those cities that are all inside of me.” You can now listen to the track “Crybaby”, located above.
Morby recently launched his tour behind the album, which runs through 11/22/17. His touring band includes Meg Duffy (guitar), Cyrus Gengras (bass) and Nick Kinsey (drums). The full tour itinerary includes North American/European dates and can be found below.
City Music was recorded live at Panoramic Studios in Stinson Beach: “We all worked on the record together, pretty collaboratively in terms of arranging and playing,” guitarist Meg Duffy noted. “We spent a week in a beautiful studio, up near Stinson Beach.”
