Dee Snider: Martin Hooker was the 1st guy with the sack to sign Twisted Sister. He recorded & released “Under the Blade” and gave us just enough push to make it to Atlantic Records. Also, he caught a piece of fruit thrown at us at the Reading Festival on the fly…and ate it! #RIPMartin
It is with the greatest of sadness that I have to announce the passing of former Music For Nations boss Martin Hooker.
Martin signed us and without him and the amazing team he put together you would never have heard of Acid Reign.
He was a larger than life character who supported. – Acid Reign

Thanks to Martin’s unwavering support, KEA, RTL and MOP all went gold in the UK, and just as importantly, he and MFN helped make England a warm and welcoming place for us at a vital time in our career. Thank you for the love, support and memories Martin, rest in peace.
