Dave Lombardo to Perform with John Zorn @ The Louvre in Paris

The Louvre and the Philharmonie de Paris join forces to present a cross-program with John Zorn and his musicians.

A major and prolific figure in today’s music, John Zorn is an American composer, improviser, saxophonist, clarinetist, producer and arranger whose repertoire falls outside any classification. Between jazz, contemporary music and rock, Zorn has also composed for soloists, chamber ensembles, symphonic orchestras and he produced Mr. Bungle’s debut album (a personal fav)!!!!

In recent years, Zorn has collaborated with major American museums (Met and MoMa of New York, LACMA of Los Angeles), deploying his musical constellation in museum spaces, establishing dialogues between music and visual arts. Zorn, along with former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo, will perform at the Louvre with three exceptional musical trails.
