Third Man Records: Don Shull Art Exhibit & Book Signing
On Friday, December 1st, 82 year-old artist Don Shull will be showing his artwork at the Elephant Gallery in Nashville, TN. The exhibition marks the first time his work has been gathered together and put on display in one place. On the same night, Shull will also debut his first art book The Art of Don Shull: Whirligigs, Carvings & Masks (Third Man Books, 2017). Elephant Gallery & Third Man Books worked together to create the monograph book to document Shull’s work from 1992-1995. Dec 1st is one last chance to see the exhibit and the first chance to see the new book.
Shull will be signing copies of The Art of Don Shull: Whirligigs, Carvings & Masks from 6PM-9PM. The book will also be available for purchase.
