Gorillaz released The Now Now on June 29, 2018. The album debuted at #4 in the United States on the Billboard 200 with 63,000 album-equivalent units, of which 52,000 were traditional album sales.

“Hollywood,” a brand new song from Gorillaz, has been embedded below. The track features Snoop Dogg and Jamie Principle and is taken from the group’s forthcoming album, The Now Now, available worldwide on June 29th.
The Now Now will be the virtual group’s follow-up to 2017’s Humanz, which debuted at #2 in the United States on the Billboard 200 and #1 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums chart. The album also debuted at #2 in the United Kingdom and was later certified “Gold’ for selling over 100,000 equivalent units.

Today, Gorillaz uploaded a new video for the song “Strobelite”, located above. The track is taken from their fifth studio album, Humanz, released on April 28th via Parlophone and Warner Bros. The album was recorded in London, Paris, New York City, Chicago, and Jamaica and produced by Gorillaz, Remi Kabaka Jr. and The Twilite Tone. It was the group’s first studio album since 2010’s Plastic Beach.
Gorillaz just announced a string of North American tour dates. The trek launches on July 8th in Chicago and concludes in Miami at the III Points Festival, taking place on Oct 13-15. The group, led by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, will be promoting their forthcoming release Humanz, available April 28th.
