Steve Vai:

Last night in Houston I was surprised by this extraordinary Hydra cake that was made by Sarah Ono Jones and commissioned by the House of Blues Houston. I’ve seen a lot of custom cakes but nothing ever like this. My most sincere thanks to the House of Blues, who always has a phenomenal staff and takes care of its artists beautifully, and the amazing artistic and culinary brilliance of Sarah! And it’s tasty too!
