Quentin Tarantino: New Movie 2018 Details Emerge

Sony Pictures recently secured the worldwide rights to the upcoming as-yet-untitled ninth film by Quentin Tarantino.

Synopsis
According to Vanity Fair, the movie is set in Los Angeles in the summer of 1969, Tarantino’s upcoming movie focuses on a male TV actor who’s had one hit series and is looking for a way to get into the film business. His sidekick – who’s also his stunt double – is looking for the same thing. The horrific murder of Sharon Tate and four of her friends by Charles Manson’s cult of followers serves as a backdrop to the main story. Deadline says Tarantino wants Margot Robbie, currently enjoying accolades for her role as Tonya Harding in I, Tonya, for the role of Tate.

Confirmed Cast
Leonardo DiCaprio will star in the movie playing the role of an aging actor.

Rumored Cast
Tom Cruise, Al Pacino, Jennifer Lawrence, Samuel L. Jackson, Brad Pitt.  Margot Robbie is being considered for the role of Sharon Tate.

Production
Shooting begins in June 2018 in Los Angeles.
Production budget is said to be close to $100 million.
