Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament Opens Skatepark in Hardin, Montana – 2022 – Crow Nation’s Lodge Grass – COOL CHITZ
John Martin: This is Pearl Jam’s bass player Jeff Ament. Today Jeff opened a skate park for the folks in Hardin, Montana. When all the news cameras were put away, I spotted him teaching this kid a few tricks on his bass. Jeff is one of a kind.
Coinciding with National Native American Heritage Month, Montana Pool Service opened two new skateparks in Crow Nation’s Lodge Grass & Hardin, Montana. Since the start of Montana Pool Service, Jeff has supported over 30 world-class skate parks in rural and native communities in the west, providing a space for youth to connect and express themselves through skateboarding and the arts. A big thank you to One Health Big Horn, Mountain Shadow Association, Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Montana Skate Park Association, and Evergreen Skateparks for helping makes these two new parks possible.
