Marin Association of Realtors Nabs Game Changer Award
The National Association of Realtors selected the Marin Association of Realtors for its annual Game Changer Award in honor of an online tool developed to illustrate the housing turnover rate in Marin County. Known as the Marin County Turnover Index, the application was developed in collaboration with Sausalito-based Sunshine Marketing, and was recognized at the NAR’s Executive Institute conference.
Marin was the only California association recognized at the conference, held in Louisville, Kentucky, and received one of 11 Game Changer Awards handed out throughout the US. The Marin association also received a $7,000 grant to fund the development of a mobile app based on the Turnover Index, which it expects to be ready in three to five months.
