I’m hearing this was possibly a heat related incident. Some reports are saying that they will cut the pyro and dim some lights to reduce the heat on stage. I’m not sure if that is speculation or fact. It’s also unclear if they have resumed playing at this time.

Tonight KISS resumed their End Of The Road tour in Manaus, Brazil which is the start of their “final 50 shows”. Early in the show, while performing “Say Yeah” Gene Simmons was not feeling well and had to sit in a chair for the song. He looked out of it IMO. They then stopped the concert, and Paul said, “We are going to have to stop to take care of him because we love him.”
Paul said they would try to see the crowd again “a little bit later.” Hopefully, Gene is okay. More info as I get it.

This day ONE year ago I flew in to meet Skid Row for the first time as their new lead singer.
This day TWO years ago I was diagnosed with leukemia.
No matter how unfair life might seem right now, just know that this is how fast it can get better 👇🏻
1st picture: In 2021 I was fighting leukemia. All I wanted was to survive, to live to see my son grow up and to get back on stage. To do what I love the most.
2nd picture: In the beginning of 2022 Rachel Bolan of SKID ROW reached out to me and asked if I wanted to join the band. 6 months after my bone marrow transplant. Arrived in Vegas as the new lead singer of the legendary Skid Row and did my first show with the band.
3rd picture*: It’s 2023 and I’m touring the world as the lead singer of Skid Row.
I thought my life would be over at 33 but thanks to a lot of people I’m still above ground. I told myself I would sing until this voice can’t sing anymore if I would make it out of the hospital alive.
So that’s what I’m going to do.
Thanks for being here guys, I appreciate you!
Here’s to life, to wake up above ground and to doing what we love the most!

Room 6233 has been my “Hospital Home” for so long over the last few years. Today I leave it in the hopes of getting a new heart elsewhere at another hospital that’s known for its transplants and cardiac care. This is about as emotional as I’ve been in awhile. To say I’m terrified is an understatement. Hopefully the next time I see this hallway it’s in celebration of a new heart with those that got me here. To the amazing staff at UC 6-South I love you all and to the one and only Dr Ahmad I love ya Doc and thanks for everything. See yall soon.

I have what’s called dilated cardiomyopathy. What that is, is an enlargement of the heart, the internal part and the external part of the heart. It is directly attributed to alcohol and drug abuse which I used to self-medicate for stuff that happened when I was in the Marines in Somalia. I never believed in PTSD. I thought it was an excuse, and something that people made up. Well, when my dad died in 2009, a lot of things, for whatever reason, my mind blocked out and forgot about, came back. I mean they came back like a tidal wave, which is one of the reasons I started drinking so much. It was perfect timing with the TV show and everything. The drinking and drugs went out of control. There were two reasons. One was the notoriety from the show, and two was because I was trying to forget things. It was the only way I could go to sleep.
So, this dilated cardiomyopathy is a direct result of alcohol and drug abuse attributed to PTSD. What that means is I have an ejection fraction of 10%. That means my heart is only expelling oxygen or blood at a rate of 10% when it should be 70-80%. The long story short is that my heart is only working at 10% of its capacity. What had happened is that over the last five years….it started with what I thought was a panic attack when I was in Hawaii snorkeling and saw a shark. It turned out to be heart failure, in fact. That was the first one. Since then, I have had numerous reoccurrences…a total of five heart attacks in conjunction with heart failure.
My heart has gotten continuously weaker every time that happened. It’s at a point where it’s not going to get any better. In order to live another five, ten or twenty years, they have to do a heart replacement. It scared the living hell out of me, but with the more research I’ve done I’ve found out that it’s not that big of a deal medically anymore. They do so many of them now.

Just thought I’d update those of you who have been curious about my prostate cancer diagnosis last year, of which I finished treatments for back in July.
This morning, I just had a follow up with my oncologist. From his mouth – I am in total remission!
Tim “Ripper” Owens: I started working on losing weight last summer with eating less and hitting the gym everyday (which I’ve always done) It’s been a slow process but here’s how it’s going, I’m at 165, I’ve Lost 50 lbs, 4 inches off my waist and I’ve gotten all new cloths 😂 I would like to thank everyone for the kind words along the way!
Sharon Osbourne suffered a terrifying medical emergency while shooting a TV show in California, TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us it all went down Friday night … Sharon fell ill on the set of the unnamed show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California. It was not clear if the cameras were rolling. The hotel was once featured on an episode of the Travel Channel’s “Ghost Adventurers.”
