Bon Iver Announces 2017 European / UK Tour Dates

After scrapping his European tour at the beginning of the year, due to ‘personal reasons’, it looks like Bon Iver will make it overseas after all. Justin Vernon and his bandmates will first head to the Haven Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark on August 12th, but the actual tour will launch on September 15th in Cork, Ireland at Sounds from a Safe Harbour. As of now, the tour wraps on September 27-28, where the group will play two nights at the Playhouse Theatre in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. A list of dates can be found below.

On September 30, 2016, Bon Iver released his third full-length album, 22, A Million. Recorded in Vernon’s April Base studio in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the album marks a shift in sound – incorporating elements of electronic music, hip-hop, samples, synths, and effects. 22, A Million debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, shifting 71,000 units, of which 58,000 were traditional album sales.
