A rare tweet from Axl Rose was posted today (10/9). The Guns n’ Roses frontman remarked, “Thanks WH for the $200k Colts game PR stunt.” The comment comes after Vice President Mike Pence bailed on a football game between the Indianapolis Colts and the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday (10/8) after players knelt during the National Anthem.
On Twitter Pence wrote, “I left today’s Colts game because President Trump and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem.”
