Apple Music Launches Burberry Channel

Britain’s iconic fashion brand Burberry has partnered with Apple Music to create a dedicated channel on the music streaming service. Launched on Tuesday, the channel debuted as part of Apple Music’s Curators service, and will be the first of its kind for an international brand. Burberry hopes to use the relationships it has developed with British artists whose music is often featured at Burberry’s fashion events. The Apple Music partnership is not Burberry’s first venture into the music business, as it follows in the footsteps of the company’s Burberry Acoustic platform. Launched in 2010, that campaign was aimed at promoting emerging artists such as Keane and Roo Panes, and has garnered an impressive 19 million views on YouTube since launching.
