Brian Slagel: 1/2 a day later and still can’t believe our friend Trevor is no longer with us. I had no words yesterday, but I’ll try today. I was lucky to work with him for over 20 years but more importantly call him my friend. He was kind, humble, funny, and smart just an amazing human. Always had a smile on his face. It was always great hanging with him. Last time I saw him in person was at a Black Dahlia Murder show. When I left, I got the usual warm hug and “love you man” love you too rip #TREVORFOREVER

Exodus & Testament Pay Tribute to Trevor Strnad
The Black Dahlia Murder: It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Trevor Scott Strnad. Beloved son, brother, and Shepard of good times, he was loved by all that met him. A walking encyclopedia of all things music. He was a hugger, a writer, and truly one of the world’s greatest entertainers. His lyrics provided the world with stories and spells and horror and whimsy. It was his life to be your show.
