Are you ready?
A little insight into the new album:
1 – It’s our 18th studio album.
2 – It’s a little more straight ahead, in the best of ways.
3 – There are eleven songs. Why? Because this one is one louder, providing an extra push over the cliff😉
4 – We did something really different on this album. I’m drumming, Robert is playing all the guitars (so he can take all the bs instead of me), Perry is playing the cowbell and Oz is playing the triangle. Since we are free masons and part of the Illuminati, we had to add a triangle🤷♂️🤯🤦♂️
5 – This is our best album to date. Even though that may be hard to believe, believe it! We’re breaking all the rules and actually getting better with age. I make that claim humbly of course with absolutely no pride, because who wants to fall🤷♂️🙏
6 – It’s more of a “classic” metal album, rather than a “modern” metal album. Yet it sounds 100% 2026!
7 – We shaved our chests, our legs, our arms and our backs for this album. It made it sound much smoother.
8 – The first single/lyric video is coming next Tuesday, 5/26. It’s called “I’m Alright (I’m Okay)” Then, a music video (for the second song) will follow and let me tell you something (said like fire Marshall Bill), it is 🔥
9 – The guitar tones on this album are HUGE! To me, it’s all about tone and man, it’s thick and fat with a capitol P😳🤪
10 – For a bunch of old dudes who sing about Jesus, we’re kicking ass (in the donkey sense of the word so I don’t offend any conservative evangelicals out there) and taking names. Maybe we’ll inspire a few other 80’s bands (cough, cough) to do the same. Or, maybe not😳😉😁
