The bewigged bozos’ sixth album is a re-run of past (in) glories, forlornly tugging itself off in a motel sink as it wonders how many times it can squeeze the word ‘blowjob’ into its 13 tracks.

And that’s the rub: Steel Panther are trapped by their own schtick. Take away the tired dick gags and ‘comedy’ homophobia, and they’d be a decent rock band who nobody would be interested in. All the Viagra in the world can’t save this one.

Nikki Sixx: The singer in steal panther can go fück himself… wanna be band putting down Vince Neil?

Nikki is responding to a recent interview Steel Panther frontman Michael Starr (Ralph Saenz) did with Little Punk People. During the interview (around the 8:15 mark), the singer was asked what musician he would bring back from the dead. “I’d bring back Vince Neil,” Starr said. He continued, “I’d bring back the Vince Neil from back in the day because that guy is dead. He’s gone.”
