“Tonight lower carbs.  Spiral 2 zucchini & 1 small squash.  Salt & set aside. 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter in pan.  Melt.  Tbsp.  Coarse black pepper & some crushed red pepper & fresh basil. Whisk in 1 cup Pecorino.  Add veggies.  Toss & get HOT!  Pan 2: do sausage, deglaze-combine! Parm!”
